Canva Brand Template Production Designer

Eyestorm Design Studio builds Canva systems for organizations. We're looking for experienced Canva designers to join a small network of freelance production collaborators for ongoing project-based work.
The work
Most assignments involve recreating existing branded materials, such as PDFs, Adobe files, presentations, and marketing collateral, as clean, reusable Canva Brand Templates. The work is production-focused, not new creative concept development. Finished templates must match the source accurately and be easy for non-designers to edit without breaking the brand.
What we provide

- Brand guidelines and approved copy
- Logos, fonts, images, and other assets
- Access to a Canva workspace with the brand materials already set up
What we're looking for
- Professional graphic design experience, with strong typography and layout skills
- Advanced Canva skills and experience building reusable templates for others to edit
- Correct use of locks, frames, image placeholders, and editable areas
- Ability to recreate existing designs accurately from a detailed brief
- Strong attention to detail and clean file organization
- Reliable communication, on-time delivery, and efficient responses to feedback
This is not a Canva training role. You should already know how to build professional templates for non-designers.
How the collaboration starts
Paid test
Recreate about 2 pages from a supplied, non-confidential PDF in Canva. We provide the copy, assets, brand specifications, and instructions.
Ongoing production work
Designers who perform well may be invited to work on fixed-price production packages. A standard package includes:
- Up to 15 Canva Brand Templates, with a maximum of 25 total pages
- Brand direction and source materials provided
- Two consolidated revision rounds
- First complete draft within about 5 business days
Payment and terms
Payment
Eyestorm pays you directly in USD via PayPal or a similar platform, once the work is complete.
Agreement
Selected designers sign a simple freelance and confidentiality agreement before their first package. Project work is confidential and can't be published or included in a portfolio without written permission.
Remote collaboration
This role is fully remote. You should be comfortable reading briefs and discussing design work in English. Native-level English is not required, and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
